We strive to make it as easy as possible for the user. By presenting as few obstacles as possible, while still gathering all the answers that you, as our client, find so important. We achieve this through the right tone of voice, the use of buttons, but don't forget timing. If someone applies at 5:00 PM and does not complete the conversation, we used to send a reminder 12 hours later. That often works, but sometimes it doesn't.
