Qualified candidates, without the need to call 15 people a day (and only having 5 pick up)

The job market is on fire, but it certainly isn't at a standstill. Many employed people are actively searching for a new challenge that can offer them more than their current employer. Some vacancies can even attract high volumes of applications. We see a lot of movement, especially in the technical market. For example, check out this case here.

What happened is that, due to the low-threshold way of applying, the volumes skyrocketed. Up to over 100 applications per month. But that would mean someone had to review all those 100 applications, assess them, and perhaps even contact them given the limited amount of data available at this stage of the application process.

It turned out that this took up far too much time. That's why we decided to create a chatbot within this campaign to take over these repetitive tasks. That already sounds like a real time-saver, but it has another advantage; We previously published a video highlighting the importance of striking while the iron is hot. Ideally, you should contact within 5 minutes, because that's when the application is 100% top of mind.

However, since more than 50% of the target group applies outside office hours, this is practically unfeasible. A chatbot solves this problem immediately. An application passes through Red Rocket's servers, which instantly sends a WhatsApp to the applicant, initiating the first phase of the application process. No matter what time of day.

This way, you are capable of ensuring that your target audience can learn more about the job they're applying for in your organization's language in a scalable and individual manner. Plus, the chatbot can ask the right questions that automatically validate whether the candidate fits within the profile.

The case we just shared proves that since the coronavirus crisis, we are perfectly capable of communicating with chatbots. As long as they are clearly built and don't lead users into a loop.
