A major player in the European market.
Teka Cranes is one of the major players in the European market for renting mobile crawler cranes, stationary cranes, or rail-mounted cranes. Teka's extensive rental fleet includes mobile tower cranes on crawlers, tower cranes, Top-tower cranes, and City Cranes. These cranes come with a crane operator, ensuring that the renter is completely unburdened.
Red Rocket helped Teka Cranes with a targeted advertising campaign to recruit crane operators. The advertisements were strategically placed in varying locations, depending on the crane rental activity in the region, allowing them to reach exactly the right audience.
In four months, 79,000 people were reached, with 1,123 clicks on the ads. Of these clicks, 224 people applied, resulting in a conversion rate of 19.94%. Thanks to this approach, Teka Cranes was able to effectively strengthen their team.
Lower volume, higher quality with WhatsApp
During a bi-weekly evaluation, it became apparent that calling back all candidates was too time-consuming. The volume was simply too high to manage. Red Rocket ensured that the candidate selection process could be scaled using WhatsApp. By leveraging a chatbot, candidates were contacted directly via WhatsApp immediately after submitting their information.
The collaboration
On the collaboration, Dielan Vlaar from Teka Faucets is clear:
"The smooth communication, the dedication, and the return on the expenses incurred."
Dielan: "The next step is to continue working with Red Rocket for as long as necessary.
At Teka, there has been slightly more turnover of operators in recent years due to the high availability of relevant jobs in the market. For now, various positions have already been filled, but we know from our own growth and turnover that this remains a continuous challenge for the coming years."
